When you run multiple PC’s on outlook, or have colleagues running outlook and you all want to share some common categories, then things can be tricky.
There are some tools out that allow you to export and import categories, but it becomes a pain when you add a new category.
Well, I have found a simple tool to fix this. Made by codetwo. it allows you to have a central master list of categories held on a common drive or FTP site and then you all sync from there. Easy peasy.
